4 - Be grateful

Be grateful for all the good things you have in your life.

Maybe people like: Parents, siblings, friends, colleagues.
Or your looks: Hair, white teeth, beautiful eyes, etc.
Be grateful for having a place where to sleep. For the sun, the rain, the food, the chocolate, the apples and so on.

Please, don't say there is nothing. You are not a liar! There are many things, you are just taking them for granted. Reflect.

Say it out loud every morning, while washing your face, teeth or hands.

In the previous post, I encouraged you to write down everything that bothers you; today I am asking you to make a list with all the good stuff you can think about.

Work with me on this; I promise you'll feel better.

If the stories above didn't make you realize how many things you should be grateful for, it means that you need to work harder on your awareness.

There is still hope.

That way I will know that my work isn't in vain.
Thank you so much to those who don't need to be begged to do so.

Ps. This is the fourth post from the motivational series titled: 7 steps to positivity.
For the first, second, third, click on the words.
You don't have to follow them in order, the numbering is more for me really.
All the posts are related one to another, therefore are complimentary.
You may find similar information in many of them, but that's because they are all based on THE LAW OF ATTRACTION.

Reflect on every word written on all these posts. Take time to fully understand everything.

I am doing this for myself, as a reminder for the future, but also for youPlease stay tuned
I have already received some very enthusiastic private emails regarding this subject, so I am confident someone will take advantage of my methods which I am learning from others.
Thank you for your support and positive reflections.

Do not be shy, leave a sign. I prefer nice words, but critics are welcome too. Do not spam, do not insult (me or others), avoid being vulgar. Respect is a MUST! Ps. If you don't see your comment right away, is because it needs my approval before becoming public, so don't waste your time insulting, nobody will ever know (besides you).
